2. Processing Time

Custom or personalized items may take an additional 2-5 business days to prepare.

USA:Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $50 USD. Otherwise, a flat rate of $4.99 USD applies.Express Shipping: Available for $14.99 USD, with delivery in 2-4 business days (after processing).

2.How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Log in to your PantsVibe account on our Shopify store and navigate to My Orders. Select the item and choose Request Return.
Step 2: Provide a reason for the return (e.g., doesn't fit, wrong size, defective) and upload photos if applicable.
Step 3: We'll review your request within 2 business days and email you a prepaid return shipping label (if approved).
Step 4: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided label. Drop it off at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location (or your local equivalent for international orders).
Return Address: Returns should be sent to our fulfillment partner (Trendsi). We'll provide the exact address in your return confirmation email.

3.Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 5-7 business days after shipment), we'll process your refund.
